When most of us meet new people we tend to shake hands and smile politely. But when I met a friends’ friend the other day, I asked to steal his jumper. I think protocol suggests that you should wait at least a while before stealing your guy friends clothes, but then again not every boy owns a jumper as DELICIOUS as this one.
Since this sweater speaks for itself, I kept it simple with some faded black jeans, these amazing ASOS sneakers and topped it off with my newest Zero UV sunglasses that were sent to me last week.

To Mitch – I can’t promise that you’ll be getting this back!
Until next time!
Once every so often, you come across and item of clothing that just feels perfect for you.
For me, this top is one of them.
I absolutely adore the stitched, leafy detailing on the sheer, white fabric and the black contrast collar. I bought this top online from Style Nanda for just $25 and paired it with this black leather skirt that I bought for 10 euros in an opshop in Paris.
Such a simple outfit to create, but one that I would feel great wearing for a night out with friends.
Until next time!
I am one of those people who absolutely NEVER dress weather appropriately. Even when I know that its too chilly to not wear a coat, nine times out of ten I will decide to leave my coat behind. Even when its way too hot for sleeves, you’ll find me tucking a cute jumper into into some shorts. I tend to dress for the mood I am in that day rather than what would keep my body at the ideal temperature. I seem to have this ‘I’ll be fine’ mentality which usually results in me freezing or overheating. I just never learn!
Todays outfit was one that I donned on my weekend trip to Melbourne. Clearly I wasn’t feeling particularly colourful that day, so I left the colour palette quite grey-scale, with the only pop coming from my nails and lipstick.
WHAT I’M WEARING:
Jeans: American Apparel
Coat: Minty Meets Munt
Sunglasses: Bondi Markets
Lipstick: INOXA in ‘Tangerine’
This was the first time I wore this coat all Winter, and it was actually Spring!
I’m sure I’ll learn my lesson when I move to London though. I’m certain I’ll be needing a lot more than this little grey coat.
Look out for the walking sleeping bag, because that will be me.
Until next time!

November in Sydney is the time of year when the sky can’t seem to make up its mind on whether it wants to bask us in the hot sun, or drown us in its torrential rain. Today was one of those awkward in between days so I decided to take the best of both worlds and wear some favourite items from my winter wardrobe for this half-hearted summer day!
I went for this cute ASOS denim smock dress which I absolutely love. It’s perfect for those lazy days when you don’t really have the brain to put together a multiple garment outfit, but still want to look like you tried. I paired it with this quilted leather bomber jacket for a bit of an edge. You can buy my dress HERE.

These were about all the photos I could get before the sky turned on me and poured for the rest of the night!
Last weekend on a casual stroll of Oxford street, I walked past the Scanlan Theodore store and experienced one of those virtual lasso moments where the sheer sight of the garments pull you into the shop.
I was so impressed with every piece in the SS14 collection but in particular this white Webbing Halter Dress. The combination of the thick neoprene with the structured mesh in the side panels and skirt makes me weak at the knees, and if it wasn’t already gorgeous enough, the dress is backless. I honestly don’t think there could be any way to improve this garment, and I would go as far to say it is my idea of the perfect white dress.
This item has just made it to the TOP of my wishlist and I will not rest until it is hanging in my already too full closet!
Some of my other favourite pieces can be seen below.
Walking out of the store and away from this dress, I felt like I had left a part of my soul behind. But not to worry, I’ll be back.
Melbourne is well known for its amazing coffee and delicious food, so upon arrival I thought I should see what all the fuss is about whilst indulging in my one true love – Brunch!
We sat down for brunch on a Sunday in one my favourite city alleys called Degraves Street (see below). The tiny street is packed with homely and busting Cafes that all have such delicious looking food that it was hard to choose just one! Take a look for yourself!
Luckily, I had the rest of the day to shop around the city and walk all of this off!
